Job Description
This location is a busy gaming studio where we provide breakfast and lunch for 100 people daily. We're looking for a self starter who can drive standards from the beginning, install processes and ensure every detail is considered.
You'll have the full support of the Chef Manager and our London based teams with regular visits to London offices, regular on site meetings and collaboration sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Kitchen Support. Support the head chef in preparation for lunch service. Includes food preparation, washing up and general kitchen assistant tasks.
- Front of House - Support front of house by ensuring the service area is tidy & well stocked with equipment for guests.
- Logistics Management - Assist with putting deliveries in relevant areas ensuring all items are checked.
- Customer Service - While in a customer facing setting ensure service with a smile, assisting the front of house team with any additional needs presented by customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience commensurate with role
- Have a contagious passion for food and customer service
- You draw satisfaction from supervising, training, and supporting a team
- Understanding of delegation and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail
- Concise and effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
