Fixed Term - Project Chef

This fixed term role is to lead and coordinate a kitchen transformation and settle the brigade with a new structure and operational plan. 

Other key responsibilities include;

• Supporting in the development of and design of the menu taking into account the nutritional requirement of the Champneys Healthy Eating Policy.

• Be fully conversant with all financial aspects of the role ensuring profitability, payroll and food controls whilst achieving maximum guest satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining a team that succeeds and achieves. Using your experience you will promote training, development and grass root recruitment.
• Communicate and educate all F&B colleagues in how your vision is achieved.
• Engagement with all areas within the property ensuing they are aware of the vison and expectation of your area of work.
