ABOUT THE ROLE

The Residences Housekeeper at Corinthia London is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the common areas of the hotel’s luxury residences. The role is integral in ensuring that each residence is presented to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and pristine environment for residents. The Residences Housekeeper works closely with other departments, including the Residences team, to ensure a seamless experience for residents, assisting with special requests and ensuring that the highest level of housekeeping and service standards are upheld.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally within a luxury hospitality or residential setting, is preferred.
• A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving and handling guest requests.
• High level of professionalism, with a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
• A good level of written and spoken English is essential. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• No formal qualifications are required, but prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a luxury environment is preferred.
