The Duty Manager is responsible for the smooth running and sucess of the daily operations of the front office.
Establish rapport and act as the main a point of contact for guests, visitors and contractors, assisting with requests and following up on queries.
Maintaining a safe working environment and responding to any emergency situations that arrise
Communicating and corresponding with key stakeholders to ensure clear and concise information is being passed between shifts and departments

Work experience as a Duty Manager or similar management role
Previous experience in the industry preferred
Customer service experience
Team management skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience with facilities maintenance and/or security
Strong problem-solving skills
Availability to work in shifts including nights & weekends
