Lead Digital Systems Trainer

*This role is a 7 month fixed term contract*

Barchester Healthcare are undergoing an exciting digital transformation and are looking for a Lead Digital Systems Trainer to drive the successful implementation of new digital systems. In this role, you will organise and deliver training programmes, manage logistics and ensure seamless integration across our sites nationwide. Your expertise will empower teams to confidently use new digital tools to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organise and oversee digital training
Develop and update training materials including webinars, manuals and videos
Deliver training sessions in various formats
Support successful implementation through tailored training and post-implementation support
Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful rollouts
Assist with user setup and system configuration
Ensure all new starters receive training in live system environments
Track implementation progress an gather and analyse feedback to refine training

Required experience:
Experience working with purchasing systems and/or processes
Experience in delivering large-scale digital training programmes
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to create engaging training materials
Full, clean driving licence (Essential)
