Head of Maintenance

We're looking for a talented Head of Maintenance to join our team. Our Head of Maintenance will manage maintenance operations across our portfolio of 9 hospitality venues in London. If you’re a proactive, versatile facilities expert ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a small maintenance team.
• Operations Management: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs across multiple sites.
• Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage budgets and liaise with contractors and service providers.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all regulations to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven maintenance/facilities management experience, ideally within hospitality.
• Versatile skill set with the ability to multitask across diverse environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
