Barback

We are looking for a talented and passionate Barback to join the fantastic Alba team.

Located near Harrods, Alba Restaurant embodies authentic Italian hospitality with a modern twist. As Barback you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Bar Team and ensure the bar is well-stocked with liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies, including refilling ice bins
• Maintaining a tidy back bar area.
• Keep the bar clean by maintaining counters, sinks, coolers, and equipment, and assist with washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and managing trash and recycling.
