The Role

As the Management Accountant, you will work closely with the CEO in overseeing our financial operations, playing a key role in managing our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial health and reporting. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, work with our finance teams on the ground by providing expertise and leadership for our finance function.

Responsibilities include

  • Oversee all company accounts and subsidies.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the THC group.
  • Provide financial analyses and recommendations to senior management for decision-making purposes.
  • Maintain and oversee cash flow management, ensuring that company funds are utilised effectively
  • Oversee the VAT Returns, PAYE and HMRC processes
  • Work with the teams to authorise payments and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Skills & Experience 

  • A qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) with a strong understanding of operational processes, transactional reconciliation, financial controls and best practices.
  • A proven track record of delivering results together with an ability to plan, prioritise and juggle multiple work streams and projects whilst working to strict deadlines.
  • An ability to adopt a logical approach, critically assess and resolve complex business issues or problems.
  • Experience of working with Oracle and Micros preferred
  • Experience of Xero
