We're on the hunt for a dynamic Reservations Manager to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of generating bookings for everything from intimate private dining to larger-scale celebrations.

What You'll Do:

• Master Our System: Become an expert on our reservations policy and ever-changing menus, using platforms like OpenTable and Collins with confidence.
• Create Memorable Experiences: Handle guest inquiries with warmth and precision. You'll be the go-to person for sharing dietary needs and orchestrating bespoke personal touches that leave a lasting impression.
• Seamless Communication: Ensure flawless information flow between guests and internal teams, so every booking is a smooth, stress-free experience.
• Commercial Focus: Build strong, lasting relationships with our guests. Your goal is to make every reservation so seamless that The Blues Kitchen becomes their first choice for future occasions.
• Revenue & Sales: Drive bookings through strategic revenue management and upselling opportunities, while keeping a close eye on key performance metrics.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: At least 2 years' experience with OpenTable and Collins.
• Sales Savvy: A strong background in sales to spot and seize upselling opportunities.
• Guest-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience from inquiry to post-visit.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure every event is executed to perfection.
