F&B Director

The Twenty Two is a luxury private members' club, hotel, and restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and an unparalleled guest experience. We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and service-driven Food & Beverage Director to lead our F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency.

As F&B Director, you will oversee the full food and beverage offering, driving excellence across our restaurant, private dining, bar, lounge, and members’ spaces. You will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, maintaining financial controls, and curating an innovative and elevated guest experience in line with our brand values.

• Provide strategic leadership across all F&B operations, ensuring world-class service and seamless execution.
• Drive commercial success, managing budgets, cost controls, and revenue performance to maximize profitability.
• Inspire, train, and develop the F&B team to uphold The Twenty Two’s high standards and service ethos.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Beverage teams to enhance our menu offerings and guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service approach.
• Oversee operational efficiency, from supplier management to compliance with health & safety standards.
• Implement and maintain high-end service rituals, ensuring consistency and innovation across all outlets.

• Proven experience as an F&B Director or senior leadership role in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering financial results.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing teams.
• A deep understanding of high-end service, food & beverage trends, and members’ club operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with VIP clientele.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
