The RoleAs a Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Food & Beverage Managers with their administrative tasks and duties.
- Personal Assistant Tasks: Provide personal assistant support to the Food & Beverage Managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Menu Management: Help in creating and approving food and drink menus.
- Inventory Control: Order, take inventory of stock, and maintain records of purchases and sales.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating food and beverage services for events.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

About YouWe are looking for individuals who:
- Have a passion for the hospitality industry and food & beverage operations.
- Possess strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Are familiar with basic Microsoft Office tools and accounting software.
- Preferably have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
