Events Assistant

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Conference & Training team as an Events Assistant

About this Role...

As Conference and Events Assistant you’ll have an important part to play in our team assisting in the day-to-day operation of the conference venues.

You don’t need any experience to join our team and become one of us.  All we want from you is a positive attitude, smile on your face and a passion to work hard in the exciting world of hospitality.

Duties include:

• Setting up meeting rooms and events areas
• Delivering the highest standards in service and presentation
• Preparing & maintaining tea/coffee stations
• Assist guests with AV requirements
• Ensuring all working & storage areas are kept clean and tidy

What we’re looking for…

• Excellent customer service skills.
• To be aware of food hygiene.
• The ability to move items of furniture, chairs/tables etc.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
