We are seeking an excellent Bartender with an interest in Japanese & Mexican drinks/ cuisine and culture and a desire for career growth with a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Notting Hill. The primary role of the Bartender is to serve & delight guests, surpassing their expectations and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on the menus, including seasonal specials/ ingredients,  and demonstrate a duty of care to guests by having a thorough and up to date knowledge of allergens in all menu items, as well as an understanding of different dietary requirements. To show a commitment to learning and continuous professional development, both through your own engagement and by participating in all relevant training sessions.
