We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team. As a key ambassador for our wine program, you will guide guests through our carefully curated wine list, enhance their dining experience, and ensure the highest levels of service.

• Recommend and serve wines that complement our menu and align with guest preferences.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our wine list, vintages, and pairings.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and proper storage of wines.
• Provide engaging and educational wine experiences for guests and staff.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service.

• WSET Level 2 or higher (or equivalent qualification/experience).
• Passionate about wine, with a strong understanding of vintages, terroirs, and food pairings.
• Experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to enhancing the wine experience.
