COCKTAIL BARTENDER

Brought to you by iconic brand BOXPARK, BOXHALL is a new food hall offering an eclectic and exciting collection of culinary concepts, steeped in heritage-rich settings.

Our debut site is coming soon to the city of London, located within a historic arcade, just a stone's throw away from the UK’s busiest train station, Liverpool Street.

Bringing together the latest London talent across a curated choice of 13 independently-owned kitchens, bars, delis, and food and drink purveyors, BOXHALL City provides an escape where guests can indulge in connection, comfort, and culinary discovery.

The Role:

BOXHALL CITY is looking for experienced cocktail bartenders to provide amazing drinks and make every guest feel special!

Applicants must be flexible and only applicants who can commit to hours that include, daytime, evening and weekends should apply.

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Preparing all beverages for guests in an efficient and timely fashion. 

•  Providing a friendly, welcoming, unique guest experience

• Providing knowledge and creative drink recommendations. 

•  Assessing guest’s needs and preferences and making recommendations using excellent product knowledge. 

•  Making useful upsell recommendations where applicable

•  Keep the bar presentable and clean to the highest standard

•  Operate Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol

•  Comply with all food and beverage regulations

•  Pouring standards are to be adhered to always and regular pour tests completed

•  Take responsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issues to   supervisors/managers

Key Skills & Experience:

•   In-depth understanding of all in-house products and to how to prepare them

•   Strong knowledge of classic cocktails e.g. ingredients, preparation, etc.

•   Understanding of licensing objectives and Challenge 25

•   Strong free-pour and multi pour skills. 

•   Positive attitude and excellent communication skills 

•   Punctual and reliable

•   Outstanding customer service skills

•   Guest focused.

•   Ability to work well within the team to achieve brand and sales objectives

•   Attention to detail

•   Adhere to Boxpark’s uniform policy and basic hygiene standard
