About Us - Kitchen Porter

Bubala has blossomed into two buzzing locations: one in Spitalfields and our second in Soho. We are now in the midst of opening our third site located in Kings Cross! It’s an exciting time to join our growing team! 

Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we’re not into substitutes here!), we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter at Bubala, you’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency in the pot wash area. You’ll ensure that all crockery, utensils, and equipment are clean and safe to use, supporting the chefs in delivering outstanding food service. You’ll also assist with food prep when needed and help maintain a safe and organised kitchen environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in keeping things spotless!
