We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Concierge Assistant (Maternity Cover) to join our team at The Stafford London Hotel.
The Concierge Assistant supports the Concierge team, and specifically the administrative duties and bookings for our guests during their stays at the hotel, as well as meeting and greeting our guests at any time.
This role is maternity cover and a part time role, 3 days, 24 hours per week.

About the role, what will I be doing?
- Assist in making restaurant reservations, event bookings, and transportation arrangements for our guests.
- Help fulfil special guest requests, such as arranging special occasions, deliveries, or unique experiences.
- Greet guests at the concierge desk, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Build a rapport with our guests to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences.
- Assist in managing and organising guest requests, reservations, and related documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages with a guest-focused approach.
- Work closely with the Executive Head Concierge and other concierge team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel working with a PMS (Opera) system is essential
- Highly organised, multitasking individual with a positive attitude & a team player
- Ability to manage varying needs and prioritising to ensure the best business results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An exceptional attention to detail
