We are looking for a dynamic, results driven leader with a passion for hospitality. We are looking for a Hotel Manager at COMO Metropolitan London, who is committed to service excellence and has the ability to create unique & meaningful experiences for our guests.
What you will do:
- Manage the profitability of your departments, ensuring revenue and quality targets are exceeded
- Provide effective leadership to our hotel leaders, including Director of Rooms, Food and Beverage Manager & Spa Manager
- In collaboration with your head of departments, ensure the smooth running of the hotel operation on a day-to-day basis
- Drive business performance through innovative strategies
- Contribute to the executive committee
- Share your in-depth knowledge of hotel operations with team members
Who you are:
- Experience managing a luxury hotel in the London market
- Proven track record in revenue management, marketing strategies, and commercial performance
- Multilingual abilities, with a particular desirability for French speaking
- Involvement in sustainability initiatives within the hospitality sector
- Ability to adapt to industry trends and continuously improve operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high performing teams
- Aspiring general manager, with a willingness to grow
