Key Responsibilities

·         Excellent knowledge of all drink offerings and wine lists, to communicate with guests in an informed manner, offering recommendations and interesting information on products.

·         Uphold The Perch’s high standard of friendliness and warmth as you’re often the first face our guests see

·         Serve all drinks and coffees to a high standard, with the consistency of specification within which you have been trained.

·         Keen knowledge of food offerings also, including allergens, to enable you to advise customers ordering over the bar.
