We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Mayfair and are looking for a skilled, charismatic, and passionate bartender to bring creativity and energy to our bar team.

This beautifully designed space will offer an exceptional dining and drinking experience, combining high-quality cuisine with a world-class cocktail and beverage program in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.

As a bartender, you will play a key role in crafting exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding service, and creating a lively, engaging atmosphere at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, maintaining bar stock and cleanliness, and engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

We are looking for someone with a deep passion for mixology, strong product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering seamless service.

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and delivering a welcoming and personalised experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar, ensuring all bar operations run smoothly.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards while consistently delivering drinks of the highest quality.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, assisting with ordering and inventory control.
• Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
• Uphold all health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance the bar menu and service.

• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume, quality-focused venue.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• A passion for mixology, creativity, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests confidently.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong team player, working collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
