We have an opening for a member of Bar & Floor staff to join our team. People who love service, food, drinks and making people happy.  

  • Minimum 16 hours per week, with potential for more hours during peak periods such as the Summer
  • Weekends essential - Friday, Saturday AND Sunday
  • Daytimes and evenings


The qualities we’re seeking are:

  • Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
  • Experience in a customer role is preferable but not essential. Skills can be trained.
  • Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.
  • Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.

  • Remuneration of between £6.45 to £11.50 per hour.

The recruitment process will be as follows:

  • You will be invited to an interview.
  • Successful interviewees will be invited to do a trial shift.
  • If you enjoy the shift and we feel you’re the right person, you will be asked to a final interview.
  • The successful candidate will undergo four-six weeks of induction and initial training.
