We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join the team at Mark’s Club, part of The Birley Clubs.

Mark’s Club is a private members’ dining club, based in a serene Mayfair townhouse providing a solace to all its members from the hectic pace of the city outside. The Club serves the finest, award-winning cuisine alongside an outstanding selection of cocktails, wines and cigars.

As Bartender you will have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to our Members. You will be passionate about developing your food, wine and cocktail knowledge to ensure that we are always striving to improve the service we deliver.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience as a Bartender working within a high profile, destination bar or private members’ club
• Are passionate about creating fantastic cocktails with the ability to advise and recommend to our Members
• Are passionate about food and wine and have a desire to develop their knowledge
• Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
