The Role 

As a Chef de Rang, you will:

  • Oversee a section of the dining room, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Greet guests and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take orders and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in your section.
  • Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
