THE JOB
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Food & Beverage team for a 6-month internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative corporate environment.
The Food & Beverage Trainee will support the F&B team in ongoing projects and daily operations while collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization on a global scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Project Support: Assist the team with the planning and execution of ongoing Food & Beverage projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
· Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E): Develop and organize corporate OS&E Wishlist’s on RHG’s procurement platform. Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to finalize OS&E lists.
· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and analyse market trends to support the development of F&B strategies
· Create compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
· Assist in creating and managing brand standards on the digital platform.
· Support implementation projects for brand standards in areas such as breakfast and meetings & events.
· Schedule and manage stakeholder meetings, including agendas, minutes and ensure follow-ups and delivery deadlines are met.
A SUCCESFUL TRAINEE
· The candidate must hold EU nationality or right to intern in the EU. If candidate is already studying and living in Belgium but a non-EU citizen, application will be still considered for further screening of eligibility for the role.
· To be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
· Enthusiasm to proactively take on challenges and responsibilities.(Flexible and a can-do attitude!)
· Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. Capable of prioritizing and multitasking
· Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
· A passion for the food & beverage industry and an eagerness to learn.
· Prior experience in F&B is a plus
