We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at Nomura hospitality

We provide high-end Hospitality and events catering across Client floor, internal meeting rooms,  event areas including a roof terrace for 350 guests, auditorium seating 250 and an event suite for 150. Catering includes fine dining A a carte lunches and dinners, working lunches, canapes, BBQ's, bowl food, buffets, bespoke menus.

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• Running a section within the kitchen 
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie.
