About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will support the F&B Manager in ensuring outstanding service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will lead by example, uphold brand standards, and drive revenue while fostering a culture of excellence. Your role will be pivotal in training and developing the team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for hospitality and delivering meticulous guest experiences
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A deep knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and ingredients
• Experience in stock control, cost management, and revenue growth initiatives
• Ability to handle guest feedback and enhance guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with UK Licensing Legislation and health & safety compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
• Drive revenue through upselling strategies and guest engagement
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and licensing laws
• Maintain strong communication with the kitchen and wider hotel team
• Assist in managing staffing levels, payroll, and operational budgets
• Handle guest feedback professionally, using insights to enhance service
