Los Mochis City is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to join our dynamic team. As we bring our unique Mexican-Japanese fusion dining experience to the heart of the City, we are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the receipt, inspection, and organisation of all incoming goods, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and bar.

Key Responsibilities:- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, rejecting any goods that do not meet specifications.
- Organise and store food, beverage, and non-food items efficiently, ensuring proper stock rotation and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and deliveries.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and returns when necessary.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are followed in storage areas.
- Assist with stocktakes and reporting on stock levels as required.
- Previous experience as a Goods Receiver, Storekeeper, or similar role within a hospitality or retail background.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in deliveries.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred).
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliveries.
- Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and stock records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and hands-on attitude with a commitment to efficiency.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
