This is our biggest shop and is located in the constantly developing Wood Wharf.

Sous rate of pay £13.25 p/h + Service Charge + Quarterly Bonus

As Sous Chef, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Head Chef to reach targets and KPI’s set out by Ops team. You’ll have a big focus on team training and development, leading by example on every shift. You’ll be organised and confident in completing daily H&S checks, stock systems and passionate about working in a clean, friendly environment. Ideally you'll have experience working to spec and on service in a busy casual dining kitchen.
