 Location: Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland
 Role: Full-time
 Competitive Salary:

• Day Rate: £18.71
• Night & Weekend Rate: £19.27

Working Hours:

• Week 1: 36 hours
• Week 2: 48 hours

Your Role:
As a Team Leader, you will inspire and lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care, support client rehabilitation, and promote independence. You'll play a key role in developing care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing day-to-day care operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to your team
• Assist with care plans and client reviews
• Deliver high-quality care while ensuring regulatory standards are met
• Support rehabilitation activities and promote client independence
• Manage staff rotas and provide shift coverage as required

• Previous leadership experience in care settings
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
