Hotel and Resort Revenue Analyst

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
The Revenue Analyst at Champneys will be in charge of compiling and analysing data to support the Group Revenue Manager to make qualified decisions regarding rooms and package pricing. The role includes the compilation of all data on the business as well on the competition and ensuring the wider business and Hotel GM’s have the information needed to budget, forecast and analyse.
Some responsibilities include
- Daily and weekly Revenue reporting for business.
- Quality control checks in the business, to ensure system conventions maintained, including Data cleaning and preparation.
- SOP procedures and audit checks
- Resort Suite Specialist
- Creation of Data visualization creating charts, graphs and dashboards for pricing and competitor Analysis.
- Support the drive of Revenue growth via development of process and Excel reporting, analysing data that will highlight and identify patterns and trends in the market segments
- Working with the Group Revenue Manager to roll out group promotions and strategies ensuring the department meet deadlines.
- Attending strategy meetings with on property GMs providing recommendations and guidance to drive T/RevPAR.
- Provide the data to generate Rooms forecasts and budgets for hotels
The Revenue Analyst role within our business has the responsibility to support the Group Revenue Manager with maximising Champneys opportunity for revenue and profits, primarily at Mottram Hall and Eastwell Manor but also within our Resort business. This is a pivotal role supporting the continued success of Mottram Hall and Eastwell Manor and is required to support our commitment to moving our successful business forward.
A key element of this role is communication, attention to detail, a broad understanding of Mottram Hall specifically and the operational/ revenue needs to support the delivery of the and strategy moving forwards. An ability to work on revenue generating group projects alongside other Champneys teams is vital.
