We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and experienced Head of Property to lead our property team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, a strong leadership style, and the ability to make decisions that align with our long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and line manage key members of the property team.
• Manage the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Develop and implement property strategy in alignment with business goals and market trends.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with key contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including home managers, regional director’s, in house maintenance teams, and other external partners.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the property team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in property management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in property, real estate, business, or a related field (preferred).
