The Role...
We are now recruiting for a F&B Assistants to join our Cornwall-born seafood specialist, Chef Tom Brown who has recently re-joined The Capital Hotel after branching out his own Michelin star restaurant 'Cornerstone'. This amazing opportunity will be based at The Capital Hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge in London.
We are looking for people that can:
- Show passion to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Be a committed team player
- Balance personality, character and professionalism seamlessly
- Take accurate orders
- Deliver food and drink in a professional manner to the table
- Check back with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
- Communicate with customers to ensure any complaints are resolved satisfactorily
- Clear and relay tables and keep the restaurant areas looking pristine
- Can work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Show strong communication skills
More about You:
- You will have some experience of working in a Michelin or equivalent restaurant or hotel
- Possess a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
- Strong listening, speaking and communication skills
- Minimum one year experience in Food and Beverage
Salary and Contract...
We are able to offer numerous contract types, including a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week over 5 days. This role requires flexibility as the hours that are available will include working evenings and weekends and additional hours during our busiest times.
