Hospitality and Marketing Executive

Barchester's Central Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality and Marketing Executive to join us. We are looking someone with a strong administrative background, to support both the Marketing and Hospitality teams with a range of administrative tasks.

This is a permanent position, and we are offering a hybrid working environment, with travel into our head office in Central London twice per week.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in an administrative role

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to commute into London at least twice per week

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting with the organisation of meetings and events

• Booking accommodation

• Minute taking

• Logging press coverage and uploading this to the intranet

• A range of other ad hoc tasks as required
