• Ideally hold or be willing to achieve the BICS certificate (employer will support you through the 1 day course)
• Must hold solid occupational competency within Industrial Cleaning.
• Hold own Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent.
• Willingness to work towards PTLLS/AET - fully funded and supported by employer
• Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners
• Must be IT Literate.

Duties include:

• Deliver Cleaning training in-line with the BiCs framework, with additional focus on health and safety, compliance and COSHH regulations.  

• Induct learners in to the Cleaning Academy, providing them with training across policies, equipment usage and emergency procedures.

• Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours

• Embedding of Maths and English into sessions, emphasising the importance of reading and literacy.

• Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.

• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
