The Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Health Club Membership Advisor to join our Champneys Tring team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving membership growth and retention by building strong relationships with potential and existing members, promoting our world-class facilities, and delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve membership targets through proactive sales and excellent customer service.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential members and follow up on leads promptly.
• Lead engaging club tours to showcase our facilities and services.
• Develop and implement creative referral and outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate membership data and adhere to GDPR standards.
• Support the wider team in ensuring the club is always welcoming and well-maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• A results-driven individual with experience in sales and customer service, preferably in membership sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to generating leads and building relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the health and fitness industry is a plus.
