The RoleAs a Bellhop, you will:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
- Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
- Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures.
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days.
