In Room Dining Order Taker

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle guest orders via telephone, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to facilitate timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and dietary options, to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure all guest requests and preferences are noted and communicated appropriately.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of service excellence and authenticity in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• A genuine passion for food and beverage, with a good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
