Water Lane Boathouse kitchen team are looking for a full time Senior CDP ahead of our busy Spring/Summer period.
We are located along the Leeds – Liverpool canal and offer a top range of craft beers and cocktails along with our amazing food menu that offers everything from Neapolitan style pizzas to burgers and sharing boards.
The ideal candidate for us would be:

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and contribute to menu development as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain kitchen operations.
