Procurement Manager

The Red Cat Group are now in the market for a new Procurement Manager to join the Food & Beverage team. The Red Cat Group boast two distinct arms of business - The Coaching Inn Group, a stunning destination hotel group which recently won AA Hotel Group of the Year & Red Cat Pub Company, an ambitious high-quality independent Pub company. This role will be split/shared between both companies.

As Procurement Manager, you'll be the go-to guru for all things hospitality sourcing. From finding the finest local ales and freshest ingredients to kitting out our rooms with the best products, you'll ensure everything we buy adds a spark to our guest's experience. You'll be building great relationships, balancing the books and working your magic to get high quality without the high prices. You'll be the heart of what makes us us - our values, our flavour and our fantastic guest experience.

The Ideal Procurement Manager will have an eye for both sustainability and trends, ensuring that all products we use are ethical but also innovative. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2+ years experience within buying & sourcing, with some background to showcase within hospitality, F&B or hotels. This role will also encompass managing Procure Wizard for the group, so experience and knowledge of that software is desired.

In return, the successful candidate will command a salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus. You will also have a car allowance, granting the freedom to travel nationwide to the sites, when not working from home (this is a hybrid role).
