A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Housekeeping Porter to join our highly successful and award-winning team. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, your role as Housekeeping Porter is a key player in our hotel's success. During your shift, you will take charge of ensuring the seamless operation of housekeeping services with unwavering commitment to exceptional service, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
You’ll be the backbone of our housekeeping team, effortlessly blending efficiency with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the go-to person for linen handling and housekeeping support, you’ll lead by example, ensuring every task is completed to perfection, every challenge is met with confidence, and every guest feels the magic of our hospitality.

This is a flexible role, shifts offered, will vary day to day and be a mixture of morning, daytime and evening shifts, and you must be able to commit to full time work.
Ideally, you will have some previous experience in a housekeeping or porter role or similar role in a hotel, to be able to fulfil your responsibilities as a Housekeeping Porter:
- Linen Management: Sort, store, and distribute clean linen while collecting and handling used items with care and efficiency.
- Guest-focused Service: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always prioritizing their comfort and privacy.
- Stock and Supply Coordination: Replenish housekeeping stocks and monitor inventory, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
- Deliver Impeccable Standards: Support the team to maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation
- Uphold Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to health and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with fellow housekeeping team members and other departments to deliver a flawless guest experience.
