About the role:
To take ownership of Front of House (Bar) financial operations while keeping things efficient, creative, and seamless for both the team and our guests. We’re looking for: How efficiently the FOH wait team operates - Are FOH labour costs and inventory waste under control? Are revenue targets being met without compromising the guest experience?
Play a key role in shaping our Bar team and ensuring our values shine through every aspect of the business. Collaborate with the GM to embed Arcade Values and Principles into recruitment, training, onboarding, and daily operations. Your role as a Restaurant Manager also includes leading by example, fostering a motivated and professional team environment that encourages engagement and excellence. We’re looking for: How effectively you recruit and retain your FOH talent - Are your new hires aligned with Arcade values? Are they staying and thriving beyond their probation period?
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll lead by example, fostering a motivated and professional team environment that encourages engagement and excellence. We’re looking for: Your FOH Team engagement and professionalism - Are the Bar teams motivated, attending work consistently, and recognised for their great work?
Be the driving force behind staff knowledge and development, ensuring the FOH and Bar team is confident and capable in all aspects of their roles. We’re looking for: Staff knowledge and confidence - Are the Bar Team and Waiters team members trained to handle all aspects of their roles effectively? Are they receiving the support from their manager to grow?
