Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services, according to established protocols.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Ensure the spa environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
• Promote and recommend spa products to clients.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Build strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

What We’re Looking For:

• You will be NVQ 2 & 3 Qualified in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
• Effective, professional communication skills
• Professional appearance and high standard of customer care skills.
• Knowledge of security, hygiene and health and safety regulations
• A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
