As our Senior Restaurant Manager for Afternoon Tea, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Our afternoon tea service is a unique experience and the hours differ from your usual dinner service (no late finishes).

This is a full time role, 48 hours/week.

Aqua Shard brings the essence of modern London with inventive, British cuisine and carefully crafted cocktails to Level 31 of The Shard.

We serve lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch against a backdrop of stunning panoramic views of London.

Your day at Aqua:

• Team guidance & development: Mentor and inspire a team of dedicated hospitality individuals. Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members to ensure top-notch service and smooth operations
• Operational management: Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant, scheduling rotas, creating promotional ideas and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
