Radisson Blu, Bloomsbury Street is a boutique neighbourhood hotel where the area’s literary past meets contemporary design. Set moments from the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Tottenham Court Road station, the hotel’s mid-century panelled design kindles the feeling of a modern London townhouse.
We are currently recruiting an experienced General Manager to join and lead our Truly Talented team at Raddison Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury.

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping our guests at heart of everything that you do.
We are looking for someone that holds and enjoys maintaining high standards across all areas of the business, with a keen attention for detail. Experience within the luxury segment is a must.
The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast who maintains a solid and up to date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.
You will lead the hotel operations team to oversee all aspects of running the hotel, whilst keeping in constant communication with Axiom Hospitality and the Radisson franchise team to ensure that brand standards are delivered and guest’s expectations are exceeded.

The core skills and experience required to succeed
- 3-5 years’ experience as a General Manager
- A background in Food & Beverage is a must
- Good commercial knowledge and solid experience across hotel operations
- Good financial awareness with strong control of the P&L, cost management and proven record of identifying sales opportunities
- A natural and inspiring people and business leader
