We are currently seeking a Reception Manager to join the Front Office Team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee the Reception operations, always ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
The Duties of Our Reception Manager Include:
- Leading and mentoring the reception team to deliver outstanding service.
- Overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless experience.
- Managing our stay experience reviews and online guest feedback.
- Managing team scheduling and performance to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel policies.
Our Reception Manager will have the following attributes:
- Hotel Front Office experience required
- Supervisory/Management experience required
- OnQ experience preferred
