Assistant Head Concierge

As Assistant Head Concierge, you’ll lead the concierge desk with professionalism and a personal touch, overseeing guest arrivals and departures while managing requests with precision and care. You’ll work closely with our talented concierge team to exceed guest expectations and embody the essence of Firmdale Hotels: excellence, warmth, and individuality.

• Ensure the concierge desk operates smoothly, delivering high standards of service.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests, assist with luggage, and offer personalised assistance to meet their needs.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and courteously, addressing guest inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with the concierge team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Pay meticulous attention to guest preferences and requirements.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for outstanding service.
• Reflect Firmdale’s commitment to excellence through your professional appearance and demeanour.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative working environment alongside ambitious colleagues.

What you Need:

• A genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and deliver unforgettable experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clean driving license is desireable. 
• Enthusiasm for creating memorable moments for guests.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
