What You’ll Do

• Onboard New Managers
  Be the ultimate wingman, ensuring new managers are set up for success and ready to hit the ground running.

• On-Site Training Support
  Deliver hands-on training, spot skill gaps, and provide coaching for managers and teams at our sites.

• Oversee Internal Programs
  Lead our Step-Up Programs for Shift Managers, handling everything from sign-ons to assessments and continuous improvements.

• Training & Workshops
  Facilitate engaging workshops that inspire and embed learning into daily operations.

• Analysis & Reporting
  Track training outcomes, share insights with leadership, and drive results to fuel growth.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in training and leadership development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills that engage diverse groups.
• Experience building high-performing teams in ops or L&D.
• Organized, with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Familiarity with e-learning platforms.

Must-have: At least 6 months as an Assistant Manager or higher.
