Back of House Preparation Team Supervisor Opportunity

In 2025, Carl’s Jr. will open its first UK restaurant, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Back of House Preparation Team Supervisor to lead our prep team and help deliver exceptional food and service to our guests!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising the preparation team to ensure all ingredients are prepped, organised, and ready for use during service.
• Leading the daily preparation of fresh produce, meats, sauces, and other ingredients, ensuring everything meets Carl's Jr.'s high standards.
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly followed at all times.
• Overseeing the organisation and cleanliness of the prep area, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Managing inventory, stock rotation, and ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is always stocked with fresh ingredients.
• Collaborating with other kitchen teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Training and developing team members to maintain high standards of preparation and efficiency.
• Monitoring team performance and motivating the prep team to consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Handling any issues that arise during prep shifts to maintain smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a kitchen or food preparation role, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
• A passion for food preparation and delivering high-quality ingredients.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the growth of the team.
