What You’ll Do

• Culinary Leadership: Direct food preparation processes, delegate tasks, and ensure dishes meet impeccable standards.
• Menu Development: Create and innovate menu items, recipes, and seasonal dishes that elevate the wedding experience.
• Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and train chefs of all levels to foster a supportive and high-performing kitchen team.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain the highest levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Event Coordination: Ensure the smooth running of each wedding day and other events, delivering exceptional service to couples and guests.
• Inventory & Ordering: Manage food inventory needs, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce food of impeccable quality for weddings and events.
• Lead and train the kitchen team, ensuring consistent excellence in every dish.
• Maintain kitchen staffing levels in line with budget requirements.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness across all catering work areas.
• Collaborate with the Venue Manager to meet and exceed client expectations.

Schedule

• Full-time, permanent role with weekend availability required.
• Hours include breakfast and buffet preparation, aligned with event schedules.
