What you’ll do

As an In Room Dining Coordinator you'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for  delivering 5-star service by taking pride in everything they are doing while looking after all of our guests needs. This includes taking orders over the phone, mise-en-place of trolleys that will be delivered to guestrooms, delivering guest orders and requests, as well as understanding and getting to know our new guests and regular guests needs all this is to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of an In Room Dining Coordinator, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

  • 5 days on and 2 days off   (Early and Late shift) 
  • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 am - 23:30 pm 

What you’ll bring

  •  Previous experience in a 5 star hotel - at least 1 year, as an In Room Dining Waiter or In Room Dining Coordinator
  • Excellent verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organised and your timemanagment.
